Overseas orders are delivered by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service), to the countries and regions that EMS serves.
Postage is the EMS rate set by Japan Post, which depends on the destination zone and the weight of the parcel.
Overseas orders are exempt from Japanese consumption tax. Products are charged at the displayed price less the amount of that tax; the cart and the order confirmation show the tax-exclusive amount.
Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient, and may be collected by the local delivery service on delivery.
Some countries and regions restrict or prohibit the import of cosmetics. Please check the regulations of your destination before ordering.
If the customs authority of the destination does not permit import, we accept no responsibility, and we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund in that case.
