Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the REGINA LOCUS LVXL website (the “Site”) operated by Matsushita Natural Foods Co., Ltd. (“we”) and the purchase of products on the Site. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Article 1 Orders and formation of contract

  1. A contract of sale is formed when you complete the order procedure and payment is authorised.
  2. After your order is received, an order confirmation e-mail is sent to the registered e-mail address.
  3. We may be unable to accept an order, for example where stock is unavailable or payment cannot be confirmed. In that case we will contact you by e-mail and refund any payment in full.

Article 2 Prices and payment

  1. Prices for delivery within Japan include Japanese consumption tax. Overseas orders are charged at the price excluding that tax.
  2. Payment is limited to the methods shown on the Site.
  3. Shipping charges are as stated in the Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Article 3 Delivery

  1. We deliver within Japan and to the countries and regions served by EMS. Conditions for overseas delivery are as stated in “International Shipping”.
  2. Delivery may be delayed by weather, transport conditions or similar circumstances.
  3. If a parcel is returned to us because of prolonged absence or an unknown address, the cost of re-sending is borne by the customer.

Article 4 Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are as stated in “Returns and Exchanges”.

Article 5 Use of products

  1. Cosmetics: do not use on skin that is irritated. If redness, itching, irritation or other reactions appear during use, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.
  2. Foods: follow the directions for use and storage given on the product.

Article 6 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  1. register false information or place orders using another person’s information;
  2. purchase for the purpose of resale;
  3. interfere with the operation of the Site, gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access, or act in a way likely to do so;
  4. act in breach of law or public order and morals.

Article 7 Intellectual property

Rights in the text, photographs, logos and designs on the Site belong to us or to their rightful owners. They may not be reproduced or reposted without permission beyond the scope of private use.

Article 8 Changes and suspension of the Site

We may change the content of the Site or suspend it temporarily without prior notice, for maintenance, failures or similar reasons.

Article 9 Limitation of liability

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damage arising from use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Article 10 Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when necessary. The effective date and the content of any change will be announced on the Site.

Article 11 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Toyohashi Branch of the Nagoya District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to use of the Site.
