Membership Terms

These terms govern the member services of the Site. The Terms of Use also apply to member services.

Article 1 Registration

1. Registration is free. Registration uses your e-mail address, and sign-in uses a passkey (fingerprint, face recognition or similar on your device).
2. Please update your registered information promptly from your account page when it changes.
3. Membership is personal and may not be transferred or lent.

3. The loyalty privilege (Article 3)
4. Requesting back-in-stock notifications

Article 3 Loyalty privilege

1. Your loyalty privilege tier is determined by the number of orders you have paid for on the Site after registering as a member, and the rate of that tier is applied automatically when you order. Orders placed before registration are not counted.
2. The tiers and rates are as follows.

3. Orders refunded in full and cancelled orders are not counted.
4. The loyalty privilege applies to the total price of the products and not to shipping. Free domestic shipping is determined on the product total after the loyalty privilege.
5. The rate of the loyalty privilege is capped at 50%.
6. The loyalty privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else, or transferred to another person.
7. We may change the conditions and rates of each tier. The effective date and the content of any change will be announced on the Site in advance.
8. We may suspend new member registrations. While registrations are suspended, the loyalty privilege of existing members continues to apply as before.

Article 4 Closing your account

You may close your account at any time from your account page. On closure, your loyalty tier and purchase count are lost and are not carried over if you register again.

Article 5 Cancellation of registration

If a member engages in conduct prohibited by the Terms of Use, we may cancel their registration without prior notice.
